Migraine...grrr!

Haha...hellooo^_~im back ,thank GOD!i missed my page for three days..well im sorry coz i was attacked by migraine again,damn it!Its not that worst but sitting infront of pc makes it so i prefer not to do it!Yeah i do come here but cant write anything!It attacks usually after the completion of strenous things such as writing for long hours!My first signs are often flashing lights,strange mood changes or nausea!Once migraine has gotten underway,its the most difficult headache on earth to stop!Most run a course of one or two days before ending!And when it end,i was left with an elevated ,almost manic mood!It may last also for a week despite all medications,it wont affect my sleep,i went off to sleep with the headache and waking hours later with the same headache!Migraine induces its victims to suffer in silence...migrainers are the most useless person in the world(haha)other sufferers says but i think im not hmmn..yeah we need to creep up to a dark garret and lie as quietly as possible! Useful bits of preventive advice that comes from studies on the onset of migraines is that their frequency maybe reduced and severity lightened if persons who get migraine .....avoid deep prolonged sleep!This means not taking any sleep pills,stopping day-time naps and setting alarm clock to make yourself wake up as early as is convenient in the morning!Also,birth control pills are bad for migraine sufferers,psychoanalysis,biofeedback conditioning ,histamine and other allergic desensitizations!Despite the great suffering it causes ,migraine is essentially a benign and very predictable disease,its victim living long ,otherwise healthy ,surprisingly productive lives!

People come...people go,they sometime come into our life & we know right away that they were meant to be there!to serve some sort of purpose, to teach us lesson or to help us figure out who we are & what we want to be!we never know who these people maybe but we lock our eyes with them,we know that very moment that they will affect our life in some profound way!and sometimes things happen to us at the same time that may seem horrible painful & unfair,but in reflection we realize that w/out overcoming those obstacle we would never realize our potential ,strength,will power or heart!so the best thing to do is just accept the truth...that its not really meant to be , just LET GO>>> & move on for good!everything happens for a reason,nothing happens by chance or by means of luck!
